The Kings Mountain Elite Club (KMEC) offers programming that imparts positive mentorship to empower the children that we serve to live

successful and more productive lives. Since 2007, our organization has made great strides and experienced tremendous growth. We started with a summer mentoring program servicing 13 kids. To date, K.M. Elite Club has over 300 children that participate in our programs.

Our athletics program has been quite successful. In five years of competitions against Gaston, Lincoln and Cleveland County teams, 

our youth football teams have had 10 championship appearances and 

won 2 area championships while our youth basketball teams have 
won 14 championships. K.M. Elite‘s 4th Grade Competitive Team 

finished 2nd place in the Division I State AAU Championship Tournament. 

As a result, we have developed the majority of the participants that 

have made and are making significant contributions to area 

middle and high school championship teams.
